Naples man sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexual battery of a child under 12

A Naples man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting a child younger than 12.

Porfirio Randili Cifuentes Gonzalez pleaded no contest last week on charges of sexual battery of a child and lewd or lascivious molestation of a child, in a case that originated in Lee County last year.

The crimes occurred between 2013 and 2018 and involved forced coercion of a victim between the ages of 4 and 7 and 7 and 15, court records show.

Cifuentes Gonzalez was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to 25 years in state prison, followed by lifetime sex offender probation.

A no-contact order was set in place, prohibiting him from contacting the victim and going near her residence and place of employment.
