Naples public employee salaries: City Manager Jay Boodheshwar tops pay list with $283,500

Want to see how much city employees in Naples make? The Naples Daily News has put together a searchable database of municipal salaries, based on figures obtained through a public records request.

City Manager Jay Boodheshwar topped the list with a salary of $283,500. He joined the city in 2022, after working as the Deputy Town Manager in Palm Beach.

Deputy City Managers Gary Young and Maria Gallet were next, with salaries of $202,020 and $192,400 respectively. Director of Public Works Robert Middleton was the fourth-highest earner, with $189,295. And Chief of Police Ciro Dominguez was fifth, earning $175,000 per year.
