Ryan Preece leads the 36-truck NASCAR Camping World Truck Series field to the green flag Friday in the Rackley Roofing 200 race at Nashville Superspeedway.

Preece earned his first career Truck Series win last year at Nashville Superspeedway.

Zane Smith starts on the outside pole.

Carson Hocevar, who is still on crutches after suffering an ankle injury last month, is starting 3rd. His pursuit of Truck Series win No. 1 will be a focus on Friday and throughout the rest of the year.

WINNER: Ryan Preece holds on over Zane Smith and Carson Hocevar. Margin of victory is unofficially 0.507 seconds. Preece repeats in Nashville.

Lap 149: Smith and Hocevar have quickly cut into the gap. Something wrong with Preece?

Lap 148: Parker Kligerman off the pace. No caution yet...

Lap 146: Max Gutierrez is inside the top 10, in 8th. Great run.

Lap 144: Preece leads by 0.9 seconds over Zane Smith. Hocevar now 3rd.

Lap 140: Preece clears the rest of the field on the restart. 10 to go.

Lap 134: Caution! Hailie Deegan is turned around on the restart. Looks like she'll continue on.

Lap 127: Caution! Four-wide racing is fun until everyone has to get through a corner. Corey Heim, Grant Enfinger and Matt DiBenedetto all do not lift and all crash into the turn 3 wall. Hard hit for Corey Heim.

Lap 124: A chaotic restart! Eckes and Preece duel for the lead while Chandler Smith and Ben Rhodes drive through the grass heading into turn 1.

Lap 118: Caution! Todd Bodine has spun into the grass. Not much damage on his No. 62 Toyota.

Lap 117: Preece's lead over Eckes is 2.7 seconds. And...

Lap 102: Preece almost instantly re-takes the lead on the restart. Christian Eckes now 2nd, with Smith back to 5th.

Lap 99: Parker Kligerman takes two tires and is the leader off pit road.

Stage 2 winner: Ryan Preece, who has been inside the top 3 all night. 29 trucks still on lead lap.

Lap 91: Preece's lead is about 1.4 seconds over Smith.

Lap 80: Todd Bodine is now 7th. Hocevar and JHN both back inside the top 20 after pitting following their contact and the ensuing caution.

Lap 74: Back to green, and Ryan Preece takes the lead from Zane Smith. 22 laps left in stage 2.

Lap 69: Caution! John Hunter Nemechek has spun off the bumper of Carson Hocevar down the backstretch. Looks like JHN tried to block the 42 truck off of turn 2.

Lap 66: Todd Bodine, a former series champion now in a part-time ride, is 13th. Solid run so far.

Lap 60: Tanner Gray suffers some right side damage and eventually cuts down a tire. Pretty heavy right side damage with sparks under the No. 15 Ford. Still green, though.

Lap 54: Back under green at the start of Stage 2. Smith back to the lead past Ty Majeski, who won race off pit road.

Stage 1 winner: Zane Smith, who leads every lap in the stage

Lap 19: Caution! Camden Murphy has major rear-end damage but drives away.

Lap 8: Caution! Jack Wood crashes out after contact.
