National Burrito Day: Yelp says Florida's best burrito is right here in Navarre
It's National Burrito Day and if you're not already stuffed from one of Chipotle's free burritos, Yelp might have a few suggestions regarding where you can find the best burrito in every state. For Floridians, that place is in the Navarre.
Shark Bite, located at 8671 Navarre Parkway, was listed among 49 other restaurants across the United States.

What is Florida's best burrito spot?
Shark Bite isn't your typical burrito joint. It's a small, waterfront snack cart that sits unassumingly and out of the way in a roadside parking lot along U.S. Highway 98., just across the bay from Navarre Beach.
First-timers soon realize the shack's stature betrays itself the moment they lay eyes on one of Shark Bite's massive breakfast burritos. If the sight doesn't win them over, the first bite will as each burrito brings an onslaught of flavors in every bite.
Yelp users say that the breakfast, Ghostrider burrito and big bacon burritos are among their top picks.
"I was looking around for a good breakfast place that I hadn't tried before and came across Shark Bite. Absolutely loved it! The Cajun breakfast burrito was delicious. I went back again the next morning! UsefulFunnyCool," said Yelper Ryan M. in a 2022 review.
The menu has about 14 different breakfast burrito and bowl options to choose from, each offering a unique variety of flavors. The Tateriffic is loaded with three eggs, cheese and crispy tater tots. The Campfire is three eggs, cheese, tots, hickory smoked ham, freshly chopped poblano peppers and salsa verde.
Locals and visitors can catch Shark Bite from 6 to 11 a.m. Tuesday through Friday and 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Where is Navarre, Florida?
Navarre is a census-designated place in the Florida Panhandle that has a population of about 40,817, according to 2020 U.S. Census. It sits nearly equal distance in between the city of Pensacola and Destin, and it's home to what it dubs "Florida's best kept secret" − Navarre Beach.

According to Yelp, the list is an all-time list of the top burritos in every state that was identified by looking through which businesses in the food and restaurants category had a large concentration of reviews mentioning "burrito." The list was then ranked using a number of factors such as the total volume and ratings of the reviews.
To be eligible, a restaurant needed to be marked open on Yelp as of Feb. 15 and needed to have a passing health score.
