CALIFORNIA — I scream, you scream — and given this unprecedented, challenging year — let's all scream for for ice cream.
Sunday, July 19 is National Ice Cream Day, which falls annually on the third Sunday of July since President Ronald Reagan signed possibly the sweetest law ever onto the books in 1984.
Given coronavirus pandemic restrictions, some establishments' offers are a tad different in 2020, as many are opting to celebrate with supermarket or third-party delivery specials or online contests.
