The Leland VFW Post 12196 will be hosting a National Vietnam War Veterans Day.

The commemoration recognizes all who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces at any time during the period of Nov. 1, 1955, to May 15, 1975.

The Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act, signed into law in 2017, designates March 29 of each year as National Vietnam War Veterans Day.
