Natural Grocers now open in Kennewick + New gently used kids clothing shop
Natural Grocers is now open in the former JoAnn spot in Kennewick.
Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets Inc., based in Lakewood, Colo., said it plans hold grand opening festivities in late October. The date has not been confirmed.
The company remodeled the former JoAnn Fabric & Craft store after JoAnn moved to a larger spot at nearby Columbia Center mall. It spent nearly $1 million to renovate the 16,200-square-foot store at 751 N. Columbia Center Blvd.
Hours are 8:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m., Monday-Saturday.
It is the fifth Natural Grocers store in Washington state and the first in the Tri-Cities.
Children’s shop opens
Once Upon A Child Kennewick, a franchise that sells gently used clothing for children, celebrates its grand opening Wednesday through Saturday at 731 N. Columbia Center Blvd., Suite 102, behind the new Natural Grocers in central Kennewick.
Once Upon A Child buys and sells infant, toddler and youth clothing as well as toys, strollers, swings, high chairs and more.
Store hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday. Go to oncuponachild.com/locations/Kennewick-wa.
