The NBA unveiled a list of the 75 greatest players for its 75th anniversary.
The list included the original 50 for the 50th anniversary, plus 25 additions.
The additions included 11 active players, plus 14 retired players.
For its 75th anniversary, the NBA has unveiled a list of the 75 greatest players in league history.
The 75th anniversary team is a new edition of the 50th anniversary team, created before the 1996-97 for the league's 50th anniversary. The 50 players who made the 50th anniversary team all made the 75th.
Voted on by media, analysts, current and former players, and team executives, the list includes 25 new additions, 11 of whom are still active.
Here are the new additions to the team, with some of their accolades (* denotes an active player):
LeBron James* - 4-time MVP, 17-time All-Star, 1-time scoring champion, 4-time champion
Stephen Curry* - 2-time MVP, 7-time All-Star, 2-time scoring champion, 3-time champion
