NBC Sets Summer Premieres for AGT, Ninja Warrior, Hot Wheels Competition and Dick Wolf's LA Fire & Rescue

NBC is the second broadcast network to reveal its summer schedule (after ABC) — and it’s an all-unscripted affair.

It all kicks off on Tuesday, May 30, with the return of reality juggernaut America’s Got Talent. The two-hour, Season 18 premiere will be followed by the series debut of Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge, wherein “passionate car lovers and superfans of Mattel’s Hot Wheels are afforded the opportunity of a lifetime: turning a nostalgic car from their past into the life-sized Hot Wheels of their dreams,” according to the official logline. Car aficionado Rutledge Wood hosts.

Meanwhile, American Ninja Warrior which recently received an early Season 16 renewal — will return for Season 15 on Monday, June 5.

Later that month, the network will launch LA Fire & Rescue, a new docuseries from executive producer Dick Wolf and the team behind Chicago Fire. Arriving Wednesday, June 21, the show promises “unprecedented access to the inner workings of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.”

All told, NBC’s summer lineup looks like this (new shows in ALL CAPS):
