The 8-seeded Razorbacks (20-13) advanced to the SEC Tournament quarterfinals but fell 67-61 to Texas A&M. Nick Smith Jr. had 16 points and four assists, and Makhi Mitchell had 16 points and six rebounds.
The 9-seeded Fighting Illini advanced to the second round of the Big Ten Tournament before falling 79-76 to Penn State. Terrence Shannon Jr., a Big Ten first-team selection, led the with 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting with four assists.
