Nebraska linebacker Jackson Hannah, a Nashville native, transfers to Tennessee

Former Nebraska linebacker Jackson Hannah, a Nashville native, has enrolled at Tennessee and joined the football team.

Hannah, a 6-foot-3, 220-pounder, was a three-star prospect in the 2019 class out of Montgomery Bell Academy. He spent three seasons at Nebraska before entering the transfer portal in December, and he will be a preferred walk-on at UT.

Hannah took a redshirt season in 2019, did not appear in a game in 2020. He cracked the Nebraska lineup in 2021 with 12 games played, mostly on special teams.
