The family-owned business pledges "to be a restaurant with high-quality food, social contribution and environmental responsibility." This month's creation is the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger, which features a bacon-and-Gorgonzola stuffed patty, spiced onion strings and Sriracha aioli.

Nontraditional burgers are also on offer, including one topped with seared and ground ahi tuna, sesame slaw and wasabi aioli. On the side, try sweet potato fries, loaded thick-cut curly fries or a salad.
