Real estate agents and college students Spencer Bernstein and Robert “Robbie” E. Jackson III of Bob Jackson Inc. are certainly familiar with the Palm Beach house they recently co-listed for $18.95 million at 153 Kings Road, a couple of blocks north of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club.

Bernstein, 19, grew up in the house, which is owned by his parents, Palm Beach businesswoman and retailer Lori Bernstein and Michael Bernstein, CEO of MEB Financial Solutions Inc.

Jackson, 21, is a lifelong friend of Spencer Bernstein and grew up in a home just down the street from the Bernstein family's house. A senior studying business and marketing at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Jackson heads the eponymous Palm Beach real estate agency founded by his late father, Bob Jackson, who died in September 2022. The agency’s broker of record is George V. Weston III but Jackson is working toward attaining a broker’s license, he said.

When he isn’t in Dallas, Jackson lives at his childhood home on Kings Road with his mother, Dr. Carolyn J. Agresti Jackson.

Spencer Bernstein, meanwhile, is a sophomore in the college of liberal arts and sciences at Pennsylvania’s Villanova University.

Bernstein’s parents built their house on Kings Road in 2009 on property they bought in 2004. The house replaced a residence that was severely damaged in a storm shortly after the Bernsteins bought the property.

With modified Georgian Colonial architecture and a symmetrical layout, the five-bedroom house was designed by architect Thomas Kirchhoff, who today serves on the Palm Beach Architectural Commission. The two-story residence has 6,789 square feet of living space, inside and out, and stands on a lot measuring about a quarter-acre.

The layout includes a stair hall and elevator, along with a formal living room, a library, a well-equipped kitchen and a breakfast room. The family room opens to an enclosed loggia overlooking the pool patio.

“It’s a classic Palm Beach home,” said Robbie Jackson.

Jackson acknowledged that he and his co-listing agent are younger than most Palm Beach real estate pros. But he added that his father had taken him on real estate showings since he was 10 years old, grooming him to take over the business one day.

One of his goals for Bob Jackson Inc., he added, is to sharpen its digital marketing strategies to reach a broader audience. The Kings Road house, which has been listed previously by other agencies, is being featured on Instagram, TikTok and other social media, he said.

And a YouTube video produced for Bob Jackson Inc. about the house says the co-listing agents are the youngest ever to hold a listing for such an expensive property in town.

“I think we’ll sell it this season,” Jackson said.
