Neighbours lines up Ned and Yashvi romance trouble
Neighbours fans will see Ned Willis and Yashvi Rebecchi's new romance get off to a rocky start next week.
Show bosses have announced that Ned (Ben Hall) will finally move on from his ex-girlfriend Bea Nilsson by giving into temptation with Yashvi in upcoming episodes.
Although Ned wants to take things slowly with Yashvi (Olivia Junkeer), they don't seem to be on the same page. Yashvi quickly spills the beans to her mum Dipi, who goes straight into protective mode by warning Ned to treat her daughter well.
Yashvi also breaks the news to Bea, who is unsettled to hear that her friend and ex-boyfriend are now a couple.
Ned isn't pleased by Yashvi getting so carried away and warns her that they need to slow things down. Yashvi fears that it's all over already, but is pleased when Ned suggests a date later in the week.
Another problem crops up when Yashvi's dad Shane spots her on her next date with Ned.
Shane had no idea about his daughter's new relationship and is surprised to hear that Dipi already knew about it.
Unable to resist interfering, Shane quizzes Yashvi and Ned on their new-found connection, leaving them both mortified.
When Yashvi warns her dad to get used to it as Ned is her boyfriend now, Ned worries once again that she's getting too serious.
Ned asks Yashvi to dial things back while they're in the early stages of dating, but will she listen?
Neighbours airs these scenes on Monday, July 1 and Friday, July 5 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 (UK) and 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
