NeNe Leakes has dismissed her lawsuit against Bravo, Andy Cohen and NBCUniversal and more.

According to People, court documents state that Leakes has ended her lawsuit, which was filed in April and alleged that her former Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star and friend Kim Zolciak-Biermann made racist remarks toward her for years, but Leakes was allegedly the only one who faced blowback from Bravo executives. The suit named not only Bravo and Cohen, who executive produces the series, but also NBCUniversal, Bravo’s parent company.

"All Parties consent and stipulte to the foregoing dismissal," the document states. "No party will seek recovery of costs or attorneys' fees in any submission to this Court."

Within the lawsuit, Leakes claimed that Bravo, NBCUniversal and True Production supported “a workplace culture in which racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated–if not encouraged,” and that Bravo didn’t fire or “take any other meaningful action” against Zolciak-Biermann’s alleged behavior, but instead gave her a spin-off series. Zolciak-Biermann has since claimed on The Nightcap with Carlos King that Leakes’ allegations aren’t true and are “ridiculous.”

Leakes' suit was based on alleged violations of federal employment and anti-discrimination law. If the suit went through to trial, Leakes was looking to gain monetary damages.

Leakes has alleged racist behavior on the set of The Real Housewives of Atlanta since 2021, when she said that she walked away from the 13th season after she and executives couldn’t come to an agreement on what her role would be. At the time, she had also had an Instagram Live with civil rights attorney Ben Crump, in which she talked about her allegations of witnessing racial discrimination while working with Bravo.
