New on Netflix in April 2019: Brie Larson, more 'Sabrina' and Kevin Hart

You didn't get to see Kevin Hart perform at the Oscars, but you can catch his sold-out comedy tour on Netflix in April.

"Kevin Hart: Irresponsible" (April 2), filmed at London's O2 arena, marks the comedian's first original Netflix standup special, and headlines new films, TV shows, specials and documentaries on the streaming service.

Other April movies: Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson in "Unicorn Store" (April 5), which follows a twentysomething with a chance to achieve her ultimate wish; and "Someone Great," a New York adventure starring Brittany Snow, Rosario Dawson and Gina Rodriguez (April 19).

April also is Kiernan Shipka month on the streaming service, as the "Mad Men" alum returns for Season 2 of the "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" (April 5) and an original film, "The Silence" (April 12), a new entry in the silent-horror genre popularized by "A Quiet Place."

What else? David Attenborough narrates a new nature series, "Our Planet" (April 5); "All the President's Men" returns April 1 as the nation awaits the Mueller report; and there's a sea of sisterly films: "Divine Secrets of the Ya-ya Sisterhood" and "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" and its sequel (all April 1).
