Netflix has released first-look images for its upcoming Thai drama film “Hunger.”

The film depicts the story of a young woman who chases her dreams in the cutthroat world of fine dining. It stars Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying, known by her nickname Aokbab, in the lead role. Aokbab previously gained international recognition as the lead in the 2017 Thai thriller film “Bad Genius.”

Gunn Svasti Na Ayudhya, known for his work in 2016's “Diary of Tootsies,” will play the role of the sous-chef who gives Aokbab's character a chance. Meanwhile, Nopachai “Peter” Jayanama from 2021's “The Secret Weapon” will play her hostile rival.

“Hunger” is directed by Sitisiri Mongkolsiri and produced by Kongdej Jaturanrasamee and Soros Sukhum through Song Sound Productions.
