Netflix released the first official trailer for the K-drama zombie apocalypse series “All of Us Are Dead,” unleashing gory scenes of a zombie breakout at a high school.

The trailer reveals clips of ravenous zombies running at full speed inside and outside of the show’s high school setting. Netflix released the trailer on Dec. 30, 2021, and disclosed the premiere date as Jan. 28.

“All of Us Are Dead,” which is the live-action adaptation of the webtoon “Now at Our School, All of Us Are Dead” (“지금 우리 학교는”), centers around a group of students trapped inside their high school as they fight for survival amid a zombie breakout.

The 12-episode series features actors Yoon Chan-young, Park Ji-hoo, Jo Yi-hyun, Park Solomon and Yoo In-soo. It is directed by Lee Jae-kyu and Kim Nam-soo, and written by Chun Sung-il.

“Zombies have overrun our school. Will you escape, die or unite to survive?” Netflix wrote in the trailer’s description.

South Korea has previously produced hit zombie horror films, including Yeon Sang-ho’s 2016 international box office hit “Train to Busan” and its 2020 sequel “Peninsula.” The Korean 2020 thriller “#Alive” also became a hit on Netflix as well as the 2019 fantasy period drama “Kingdom” which was followed by a 2021 film version “Kingdom: Ashin of the North.”
