Nets rookie Cameron Thomas signs sneaker deal with Adidas

Brooklyn’s 27th pick in this year’s draft, Cameron Thomas, took Las Vegas by storm this summer. Well, specifically the NBA Summer League. Thomas averaged 27 PPG in the campaign and during this run the 19-year-old even exploded for 36 points against the San Antonio Spurs. This was more than enough to warn the NBA that he had arrived.

In a Summer League that featured notable rookies such as Cade Cunningham and Evan Mobley it was indeed Thomas who took advantage of the opportunity to catch the attention of Adidas. Recently, he joined Jalen Green and other rookies in becoming a part of the three stripe family with a sneaker deal. Just like his new teammate James Harden, next season they will be getting buckets with the famous brand on their feet:

“To have access to the wide variety Adidas has as far as off the court, on the court it’s like a great selection,” said the Nets rookie. “I can’t wait to actually have access to it.”
