Network and explore Palestine during Chamber Connection Thursday
Oct. 17—Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its fourth Chamber Connection with three stops Thursday, Oct. 19.
"This month's Chamber Connection is super exciting," said Chamber Executive Director Angela Howell-Fields. "We are going to be LIVE with Kat Powers at KYYK! Lunch will be amazing at the brand new Pita Hut and we will end with several vendors at the last stop, Locked 'N Loaded. And don't forget to wear pink!
Held on the third Thursday of the month, the Chamber Connection showcases three area businesses or organizations, each hosting a reception at various times during the day.
The monthly event provides a unique opportunity for area businesses and individuals to meet and network.
The first stop for October's Chamber Connection will be from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Thursday at KYYK 98.3 and KNET 95.7 Radio Station, 800 W. Palestine Avenue in Palestine.
Just in time for lunch, the Chamber's second scheduled stop is Pita Hut from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy fresh Mediterranean, frozen yogurt and prizes. Pita Hut is located at 1625 TX-256 Loop Ste F in Palestine.
The final stop for the day will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Locked 'N Loaded Gun Shop, 1004 E. Palestine Avenue in Palestine. The final stop of the day will also include vendor booths featuring Flowers by Pat, Amazing D Ranch, Over Yonder and Fred MaHaffey Insurance.
According to Howell-Fields there will be giveaways at each location and one grand prize will go to a person who attends all three stops.
The Chamber Connection was established to replace the former 'Breakfast, Brew and Business' and 'Lunch Bunch' events in hopes of providing more opportunities for businesses and residents to participate each month.
