Apple Studios recently announced that “Never Have I Ever” star Poorna Jagannathan has joined the cast of an upcoming untitled thriller film starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt.

According to Deadline, the thriller is being written, produced and directed by Jon Watts and is about two fixers, played by Clooney and Pitt, who are assigned to the same job.

Jagannathan’s specific role has yet to be revealed.

The “Defending Jacob” actor has been portraying the character of Dr. Nalini Vishwakumar on Netflix's “Never Have I Ever” since the show’s very first episode. She plays the devoted mother of series protagonist Devi Vishwakumar, played by Maitreyi Ramakrishnan.

“Never Have I Ever” is slated to release its fourth and final season later this year.
