'Never in My Life': Stunned West Virginian Watches as Hometown Streets Flood

Strong thunderstorms made their way through north-central West Virginia on Sunday, June 13.

A flash flood warning was in place for Monongalia and Preston counties. This footage of flooded streets was taken on Patterson Drive, in Morgantown, Monongalia County.
