“There are also lots of river activities including fishing tournaments, kayaking, white water rapids at Moccasin Gap, and canoeing. There are several events every year downtown with fireworks, musical concerts, food, and fun,” she said.
The two and a half bath home at 104 Mulder Cove Lane includes a bonus room and a separate designated office. “This is the newest and last house built in the subdivision. It was completed in November 2021 and is one of the few homes in the subdivision that has the extra half bath,” Bailey said. “The home has an extended warranty to 2031 and energy-efficient spray foam insulation.”
