As work begins, the event will be broadcast live via Facebook and the participants ask the public to virtually attend. A small group will gather at the site, adjacent to MOSAIC’s community garden on Chestnut Street including Rebecca Cain, CEO, Habitat for Humanity MontDelco; Michael Barrett, Construction Project Manager, Habitat for Humanity MontDelco; Tracy Purdy, Board President and Community Developer, MOSAIC Community Land Trust; and Judith Memberg, Executive Director, Genesis Housing Corporation.

Work will begin in early January, with volunteer crews starting in early March, said MontDelco Habitat.
