Newly created re-entry program graduates 5 members

The Anne Arundel County Police Department graduated five individuals from its newly created Re-entry and Community Collaboration program. The program aims to help troubled residents get back on their feet. Organizers said they wanted to take a different, more holistic approach, and make the program unique. Work started in December, and on Friday, the first graduates received their certificates.
