RICHMOND, Va. (AP) _ NewMarket Corp. (NEU) on Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $95.8 million.

The Richmond, Virginia-based company said it had profit of $8.77 per share.

The holding company for manufacturers of petroleum additives and lubricants posted revenue of $512.9 million in the period.

NewMarket shares have fallen 32% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $332.45, a decline of 30% in the last 12 months.
