NEWPORT BEACH, CA — The polls are now closed in Newport Beach. From Newport Beach City Hall to the White House, Tuesday’s election is crucial. Voters have marked their ballots for their chosen leaders, on tax measures, and proposals that will shape California for generations to come.
Now that everyone's cast their votes, the question is: So who won? What passed or failed?
In Newport Beach three city council seats were open in Districts 2, 5 and 7.
Measure Z called for an addition of Harbor Commission to the Newport Beach City Charter.
