Municipal court implements new case management system

The Fremont Municipal Court announced the court is the recipient of an Ohio Supreme Court Technology Grant awarded in May 2021. The award was for $18,695 and was used to complete a major upgrade to the case management system in the municipal court clerk of courts office.

Implementation of the upgraded case management system was recently completed on Nov. 10.

The clerk of courts staff has been using a case management system program implemented in 1992 with the last major upgrade being performed in 2008. The new upgrade will prove to be an invaluable enhancement for court efficiency.
