On the court: Scored 33 points on 50 percent shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds in two games.

Off the court: "Mads" is an Orwell resident. Wants to play a sport in college. "My favorite memory from basketball was our win against Kirtland last year. It was the first time our program has beat them in over 10 years. In the future, I'd love to be a journalist or do something with writing. I want to travel a lot, as well. I play volleyball, basketball, and softball, and I love to watch sports and go to many different sporting events."

On the court: Scored 31 points in a win over Lake Catholic. Was 14 of 14 from the foul line, with eight rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots.

Off the court: "Tags" enjoys listening to Drake and Future. Favorite food is pasta. Hobbies include playing golf and hanging out with friends. Favorite teams are the Browns, Cavaliers and Ohio State. Favorite subject is math. Favorite sports memory is his first game as a freshman.

On the court: In a win over NDCL, had 16 points, 15 rebounds, two assists and five steals. In a win over North, had 16 points, 15 rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Off the court: Also plays volleyball and AAU basketball in the spring. Enjoys working out and hanging out with friends and family. "My favorite sports memory is creating new friendships and traveling to tournaments this past AAU season." Favorite food is steak. Favorite show is "The Vampire Diaries." Favorite team is Ohio State.

On the court: Had 17 points, 21 rebounds and three assists in a win over Canfield. Was named Player of the Game for the Youngstown United Way Classic.

Off the court: Lists winning the district championship last season as his favorite sports memory. Hobbies include playing basketball. Favorite subjects are science and art. Favorite food is Thanksgiving food. Favorite basketball player is Kobe Bryant. Favorite movie is "Black Panther."

On the lanes: Bowled a 252-231-483 series in helping South beat Kenston, 2,542-1,865.

Off the lanes: Enjoys playing football for South. Away from school, enjoys fishing and bowling for fun. Also builds Legos and enjoys volunteering in the community. Watches the Browns, Guardians and Cavaliers. Loves listening to a variety of music and watching "Breaking Bad."

On the court: Scored 30 points in a win over Berea-Midpark at the K. Jack Greynolds Classic at Barberton. In US' 4-1 start, is averaging 20.4 points, 9 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 2.5 assists per game.

Off the court: "JB" is a Warrensville Heights resident. "My favorite sports memory was when I was a freshman playing against our rival, Gilmour, and we were down five points. At this time, our best shooter uncharacteristically missed an open jumper. We retained the offensive rebound, and I was passed the ball on a cut and got an and-one. I made the free throw putting us down two. On the next offensive play, our guard hit me on another back cut, and when I made it we were tied. We ended up winning the game, and it was closed out on a put-back dunk as time expired." Favorite subject is math. Loves watching "Avatar the Last Airbender." and enjoys watching "The Lion King." Favorite artist is J.Cole, and his favorite song of his is "January 28th," which is his birthday.

On the mat: Pinned his Geneva opponent on Dec. 8. On Dec. 10, went 5-0 with four pins to win the Lakewood Classic. Is undefeated with two tournament championships.

Off the mat: "Zay" lists boxing, wrestling and basketball as hobbies. Favorite sports movie is "Pinned." A unique talent is his flexibility. Favorite subject is math. Favorite food is sushi. Favorite music is rap. Favorite teams are the Penn State, Michigan and Oklahoma wrestling teams.

On the ice: Had three goals and three assists in a win over Elyria Catholic.

Off the ice: "The Mongoose" is a Concord Township resident. Will attend Miami University and play club hockey. "One of my favorite sports memories is scoring the winning goal in a shootout against Mayfield as a freshman." Hobbies include baking, riding bikes, writing and enjoying his job as a lifeguard. "Some of my unique talents are I can do very smooth cartwheels, speak some French, and bake some of the best monkey bread you'll ever have the privilege to taste." Favorite subjects are ceramics and English. Favorite food is chicken parmesan and penne pasta with vodka sauce. Favorite movie is "Miracle." Favorite show is "The Office." Favorite artists are Mac Miller, Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, David Bowie, The Smiths and Mac DeMarco. Finally, my favorite sports team is the Browns.
