As we told you about 10 minutes ago, Brazil's president, Jair Bolsonaro, has tested positive for the coronavirus. He has COVID-19. He had taken ill and running a fever about of 100 degrees. Yesterday, he issued a statement saying all is well. Today, he has confirmed-- through Brazilian TV-- that he has tested positive for the virus.
Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms also tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. She made that announcement on Twitter last night saying that, "COVID-19 has literally hit home. I have had no symptoms and have tested positive." She's going to isolate herself for 14 days. Julie.
JULIE HYMAN: Adam, for those trying to avoid coronavirus, you've got to pay attention to this. The Food and Drug Administration has added five brands of hand sanitizer to its danger list. All five have tested positive for a toxic chemical called methanol, which can be dangerous when eaten or absorbed through the skin. There are now 14 brands the FDA is advising consumers to avoid. ADAM SHAPIRO: Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes signed a $450 million 10-year contract extension. His total compensation, including the current deal, could be as much as $503 million. His agent calls it the most lucrative contract in sports history. Mahomes won the NFL's MVP award and led the Chiefs to a Super Bowl victory last season.
