News On The Move: Ohio gov tests negative for COVID-19, Large power outage hits NYC

ADAM SHAPIRO: "News On the Move" right now-- Ohio Governor Mike DeWine tested negative for the COVID-19 virus just a few hours after he tested positive. DeWine was supposed to greet President Trump who traveled to Ohio yesterday but had to cancel his meeting with Trump after he first tested positive for the coronavirus. DeWine's office says the first test result was produced by one of those rapid antigen tests, but the more specific PCR test was administered, and it showed he was actually not infected.
JULIE HYMAN: Over 60 NFL players have chosen not to participate in the upcoming season over concerns surrounding the coronavirus outbreak. Those who are deemed high risk will be paid $350,000 instead of their original salaries, while those who are not considered high risk will be paid $150,000. The New England Patriots had the most team members opt out, with eight players choosing to sit out the season.
ADAM SHAPIRO: Parts of New York City fell into an early morning blackout when a power outage knocked out electric service and cell phone service in northern Manhattan as well as parts of Queens. The utility company Con Ed says a problem with its transmission system-- you think-- may be to blame for the power outage, which also disrupted train service on Long Island.
