1 arrested, meth and fentanyl seized in southeast Bakersfield: KCSO

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was arrested for allegedly possessing a firearm and ammunition as a felon on Saturday, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.

On July 20, 41-year-old James Pallemeier, was arrested after a search warrant was executed in the 100 block of Quantico Avenue by the KCSO Gang Suppression Unit. Pallemeier was charged with alleged possession of controlled substance for sales and felon in possession of a firearm, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said.

Sheriff’s deputies seized methamphetamine, fentanyl, about $1,200 and a loaded revolver on scene.
