14-year-old found after brother shot in Frayser

UPDATE: Memphis Police say the City Watch has been canceled. Carlito Taliaferro was found safe.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police found a 14-year-old boy who went missing after a shooting in Frayser.

Carlito Taliaferro was last seen at the Pershing Park Apartments in the 3700 block of Pershing Park Drive when a shooting occurred.

Police say Taliaferro’s brother was shot and taken to Regional One. Taliaferro ran from the scene and has not been found.

He is described as being 5’5 and weighing 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants and orange shoes.
