3rd suspect in Monroe Halloween shooting arrested in Mecklenburg County: Police
MONROE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — 25-year-old Tristian Travon Ingram, the third suspect wanted for a shooting in Monroe on Halloween, has been arrested, according to the Monroe Police Department.
Records show Ingram was booked into the Mecklenburg County Detention Center on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 4 p.m. He’s being held without bond for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of a firearm by a felon.

The shooting happened around 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, in the 1600 block of Icemorlee Street at the Icemorlee apartment complex.
As officers arrived at the scene they found a man, Brandon Williams, 29, of Marshville, who had been shot. He was taken to a Charlotte-area hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
An initial investigation stated that an argument took place prior to the shooting.
