Adam Driver's look-alike cat has gone viral

The Internet has exploded over Girls star Adam Driver's newly discovered doppelgänger, not surprising considering his look-alike is a cat. The kitty in question was found by Twitter user Marci Robin at the Monmouth County SPCA.

The writer-editor snapped a shot of the New Jersey-based cat and shared it to social media, calling out its eerie similarity to the actor. "Tell me this cat at @TheMCSPCA doesn't look like Adam Driver," she said.

Look closely and there's a definite similarity between the furry feline and the shaggy-haired star. From their oversized ears and big beautiful eyes to the shape of their noses, fans were quick to pick up on the resemblance.

In an expected turn of events, fun plays on the look-alike duo are popping up all over the Internet. There's now a "Melow Ren" meme (a play on the 32-year-old actor's The Force Awarkens' character Kylo Ren.)

And ample jokes making reference to the Star Wars series.

Adam hasn't commented on the hilarious series of pictures just yet. He's been exceptionally busy lately, starring in and filming the Star Wars series as well as several other films, including Midnight Special, Silence and Paterson. He'll also begin filming the final season of Girls shortly.
