Adele Files For Joint Custody Of 6-Year-Old Son In Divorce

The divorce between singer Adele and estranged husband Simon Konecki seems amicable at this point, because she is asking for joint custody to be shared with Simon of their 6-year old son.

In documents obtained by The Blast, Adele is seeking joint physical and legal custody of 6-year old son Angelo. The request comes as the 'Hello' singer filed for divorce Thursday after a split from her husband.

The filing also reveals the singer is willing to settle up on finances in mediation and have indicated they have worked out a custody arrangement.

Adele filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences."

After seven years of marriage, the singer was photographed without her wedding ring, at the time she issued a statement saying, "Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy."

It was reported the couple did not have a prenup when they married in 2011, and their is a massive fortune that needed to be split up.
