Albuquerque Fire Rescue truck involved in crash in southeast Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque Fire Rescue truck sustained damage after a crash in southeast Albuquerque. AFR said they were responding to a stabbing call near 3rd Street and Summer just after 12:30 p.m. on Monday The ladder truck entered the intersection at Lead and Oak with lights and sirens active when it collided with a refrigerated box truck traveling north. There were no injuries reported.

The box truck was able to leave the scene but did have some damage. The ladder truck had to be towed from the scene. The collision was investigated by the Albuquerque Police Department.
