Anyone under 18 can swim for free at this Hanford pool

HANFORD, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Anyone under 18 can swim for free at a pool in Hanford on Saturday, the Kings County Sheriff’s Office said.

The sheriff’s office says in order to provide a safe experience and location to beat the heat for the youth of Kings County, the deputy sheriff’s association will be offering a free swim day for anyone under 18 years of age.

It will be at the Plunge in Hanford on July 20 from noon until 8:30 p.m. The Plunge is located at 415 Ford St., Hanford.

According to the sheriff’s office, the association will pay for anyone under the age of 18. It will be offered until the maximum occupancy of the pool is reached.

No RSVP is needed.
