Atchison teen dies in head-on collision with semi-truck in Leavenworth County
A head-on crash in Leavenworth County killed a 17-year-old Atchison teen Monday.

Stricker struck a semi truck hauling a trailer traveling in the southbound lane head-on. Both vehicles came to a stop in a nearby ditch, according to the crash log.
Stricker was pronounced dead at the scene.
Stricker was an incoming freshman at Benedictine College, where he planned to play on the football team, according to a post by Benedictine Football on X, formerly Twitter.
