Have you cast your ballot? Friday is the last day of early voting.

Friday is the last day for eligible residents to cast their ballot in early voting.

According to Nueces County clerk records, 73,256 residents as of Tuesday had weighed in on the federal, state and local races on the ballot.

That figure accounts for about 33% of registered voters in Nueces County, the agency’s data shows.

Although the presidential election is likely the greatest draw, other races on the ballot include those that affect residents closer to home — bond and sales tax propositions, as well as races that will determine who makes decisions on city, county and school policies.

Election Day is Tuesday.
