Shame on the Journal Sentinel for allowing Kathy Schluter’s voice to "raise the alarm over White Christian Nationalism" in your paper (“We’re raising the alarm over ‘White Christian Nationalism,’” July 14).

Our country's Pledge of Allegiance states, "One nation, under God," she must not be familiar with it.

Conservative religious values are not bad. They value family, freedom to worship and liberty for all. We personally know many people of color, of Asian descent, etc., who are proud to stand for these values. And we value life of babies, rather than "health care choices" that kill them.

She says we spread "fear, anger, oppression and hate." Come to our church where we welcome all! What kind of "beloved community" does she belong to? It is hard to believe that MICAH (Milwaukee Inner-city Congregations Allied for Hope) believes such hogwash.

As long as her fight for social justice includes listening to the views of all, I am with her. To brand us all as "White Christian Nationalists,” who is the extremist here?
