Davenport qualified immunity claim in apartment building collapse questioned

Host Jim Niedelman gets into that with former Scott County Democratic Party Chair Elesha Gayman and Rock Island County Republican Party Chair Annette Parchert.

“You have to realize your actions in office do have consequences in the real world for many people, especially in those life or death situations or catastrophic events,” Gayman said.

“If city officials are diligent in their duties, they have nothing to worry about, and if not, like Alesha said, there are consequences,” Parchert said.
