Did you buy a Badger5 ticket in Amherst for the July 19 drawing? You may have won $45,000.

AMHERST – A lottery player who purchased a ticket in Amherst won a $45,000 Badger5 jackpot.

According to Wisconsin Lottery, the winning ticket was purchased at Tomorrow River BP, 9762 Portage County KK in Amherst for the July 19 drawing.

Badger5 players choose five different numbers between 1 and 31, and players place wagers either by asking for a "quick pick" or by using a Badger5 playslip, available at Wisconsin Lottery retailers. Each ticket costs $1 to play.

The estimated Badger5 jackpot for Friday is $17,000. For more information, visit wilottery.com.
