When does school start? A list of 2024 dates for Greater Lansing

LANSING — Summer is far from over, with plenty of Lansing area residents still anticipating vacations and exciting trips before school starts.

The tell-tale signs of Michigan's waning days summer are there, however. Stores are starting to pack their shelves with pencils, notebooks and backpacks. And for some Lansing area students, classes are scheduled to begin before the third week of August rolls around.

The Lansing State Journal put together a list of start dates for each school district around Greater Lansing. Take a look below.
