A guiding principle in this country is that no one is above the law. Has that now changed to no one is above the law except the president?

Host Jim Niedelman brings back Dru Mielke and Mark Schwiebert to discuss.

“I think that nothing has changed in this,” Mielke said. “We have balance of power between the three different branches of government still, and that’s what we need as a democracy, as a representative republic.”

“The very things the Supreme Court was warning against, that a president could do, are the very things Donald Trump, the person they are defending effectively with their ruling and immunizing with their ruling, has threatened to do,” Schwiebert said.
