Over a dozen flights costing less than $100 will depart from Cincinnati in July.

Average round-trip airfares are expected to decline in July 2024 compared to May and June, according to new data from Hopper, a travel website that tracks airfares. Domestic round-trip airfares are expected to average $282 in July, up slightly from last year but down $21 from June and down 7% from pre-pandemic prices.

Amid dropping prices, the demand for summer travel proves to be stronger than ever. Airlines for America recently forecasted that U.S. airlines will carry more than 271 million passengers from June 1 to Aug. 31, an increase of about 16 million from summer 2023 and a new record for the season.

  • Durham, North Carolina: $69.

  • Tampa, Florida: $77.

  • Charlotte, North Carolina: $82.

  • Dallas, Texas: $88.

  • Houston, Texas: $90.

  • Boston, Massachusetts: $90.

  • Fort Lauderdale, Florida: $90.

  • Miami, Florida: $95.

  • Denver, Colorado: $97.
