Fremont man suspected of raping incapacitated woman arrested

(BCN) — A Fremont man was arrested Sunday for allegedly raping a woman while she was incapacitated in the back seat of his car, according to police.

On Friday, an 18-year-old woman alleges she drank alcohol at an establishment in San Jose with acquaintance Morgan Foster, 30. Foster allegedly plied the woman with multiple drinks and then drove her to his residence in Fremont, where he is accused of sexually assaulting her in his car.
