“There’s already multiple victims that he’s violated,” U.S. Marshal Michael Black with the Southern District of Ohio said. “Our goal is to make sure he doesn’t have the opportunity to do that again.”

The charges include two counts of rape of a child under 13 and four counts of gross sexual imposition.

The allegations stem from November 2023 when the victims were interviewed by medical forensics specialists.

“I’m appalled,” Black said. “I think about the families that are involved, the children that are involved and always thinking about possibly more victims that this guy might have the opportunity to violate.”
