Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed Kelly Linger to serve on the Columbiana County Municipal Court.

From 2014 to 2016, she served as assistant law director and prosecutor for the village of Wellsville. From 2018 to 2019, she served as acting judge of the East Liverpool Municipal Court before it was absorbed into the Columbiana County Municipal Court. Since 2021, She has served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Columbiana County.

Linger earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2001 from Kent State University, and earned her juris doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2006.
