Grand Forks man pleads not guilty to selling almost 90 grams of methamphetamine to informant
Sep. 30—GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man waived his Monday, Sept. 30, preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to Class A felony delivery of at least 50 grams of methamphetamine.
Blayne Evan Saiger, 38, faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
Saiger sold approximately 88.4 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant, according to a declaration of probable cause filed in the case. His final dispositional conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 26.
Saiger faces five more drug charges in a separate case, to
which he also pleaded not guilty.
